1) Your email address for when you sign up to use our APP or through our website.
2) Your name, phone number and gender if you enter a competition
3) Information provided on Smart look (https://www.smartlook.com)- A platform we use to analyse the behaviour of users on our Platforms.

However, please note that if you use any of our services that require you to provide personal information, deleting our records may mean that you will need to resubmit it to continue using such services.

My Stamp may disclose potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliate organisations (i) need to know that information in order to process it on My Stamp behalf or to provide services available on platforms or to provide services to you, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organisations maybe located outside of your home country; by using this website, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. My Stamp will not rent or sell potentially personally identifying and personally identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organisations, as described above, we will only ever disclose potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental requests, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of My Stamp, third parties or the public at large. Breach of “Privacy”
Users have a right to pursue legally enforceable rights against us if we fail to adhere to the privacy laws. Privacy laws under this agreement shall include the GDPR and other reasonable privacy laws acceptable and used in commercial businesses. These laws require not only that users have enforce able rights against us, but also that users have recourse to courts or government agencies to investigate and/or prosecute non-compliance by My Stamp.
You have the right to refuse processing of your personal data based on Mystamp's legitimate interest by contacting email@example.com. Your account will then be deleted and we will not be able to provide services to you.
